Design Packages
Izap Consulting offer many web design packages to suit your needs and budget. It's difficult to determine what a website will cost before meeting with the client to outline the scope of the project. Some sites involve creating a complete corporate identity including logo, photography and copywriting, while others of the same size are almost "camera ready" and merely require converting traditional media to a format suitable for the web. Though we have Design Packages starting at $2,000, all design prices are negotiated and typically cost between $7,000 and $40,000 depending on the client's needs.

Domain Name Registration
First, most companies should have their own domain name (www.yourname.com). Domain Registration costs $35 per year with a 2 year minimum, We charge a $20 fee to process the paperwork and set the domain name up on our servers.

Design Web Page
The artistic and technical creation of the web page varies in cost greatly. A one page business web site with a name address and phone number costs less than $100 to build. Major corporations spend millions of dollars on their site. Our typical clients pay between $2,000 and $25,000. The cost is driven primarily by the amount of time it will take to produce sites. Large sites with lots of graphics and complex navigation systems take longer to build and cost more.

Hosting
Once a page is designed, most people rent space on a server for their site to reside because it is much cheaper than installing their own server and maintaining an always on internet connection. Hosting pricing is controlled primarily by the amount of traffic a site generates and secondarily by advanced features that require security monitoring and the size of the site. Izap Consulting hosting typically costs $39 per month for a standard web site. Database driven, High volume, E-commerce, or SSL enabled sites cost more. Updates
It is important to keep the data and information on a web site current. There are several ways our client's do this. Some simply contact us when they want an update and we change it for them at $75 per hour. Other Clients choose to spend a few hours with one of our trainers or web designers and learn how to make simple changes themselves. Others, especially those with frequently changing data can have their site designed to be database driven and updated using web based forms. We have found most of our clients can budget between $500 and $1,000 per year for maintenance.
